It is agreed between Seller and Buyer as follows:
Description of dog The dog sold pursuant to the terms of this agreement is as follows

Seller Representation The following representations and conditions apply to the sale of aforementioned dog.
___a. As of the date of this agreement, the dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases ___b. The Buyer has one week to have the dog examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect the dog. Any claims must be made within this time period and will be examined by the Seller’s own veterinarian. Proof of inspection will be required prior to Seller forwarding AKC papers to Buyer. ___c. Buyer may return puppy for a full refund for any reason within 48 hours of purchase, provided buyer agrees to pay all transportation costs back to Kennel ___d. Buyer is completely satisfied with and waives any and all claims regarding the dog’s confirmation, and outward appearance (meaning the dog meets the breed standard at this age). ___e. Buyer agrees upon purchase of puppy that the dog will be registered with the name determined by the Seller. As stated above. ___f. Buyer agrees to obtain OFA certification on dog/bitch once it reaches 2 years of age and to inform the seller of the number and rating of the certificate.
Consideration
___a. This dog identified in Section 1 is being sold for the sum of $ 1000.00 part $100.00 paid as a deposit and $ 900.00 the remainder to be paid in full upon taking the puppy.
Stipulations The dog or bitch has been graded pet/show.
___a. If PET quality, Buyer agrees that seller will register said dog or bitch as an AKC Limited Registration. This non-breeding registration will be held by Seller until veterinarian verification of spay or neuter is received. ___b. If sold as SHOW quality and the dog/bitch does not meet such expectations, it will not be said to be the fault of the seller. ___c. Any other arrangements for the dog/bitch may only be made with Seller’s written consent. ___d. If buyer chooses not to keep dog/bitch, dog/bitch will be returned to Seller and then after Seller places dog/bitch any compensation received from the new owner will be forwarded to Buyer minus any expenses accrued by the Seller in placing the dog/bitch. Seller must approve of new owner in all cases. ___e. If sold as SHOW with a co-ownership with Seller, Buyer pays costs for entry fees where Seller shows the dog. Seller pays half entry fees if Buyer or handler shows the dog. Buyer and Seller split non regular vet bills agreed upon prior to vet services. (Conformation only)
Maintenance
___a. Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to inoculation, internal and external parasites, and - where indicated - heartworm prevention medication. ___b. Buyer further agrees to provide exercise as indicated in order to maintain this dog/bitch in proper weight and physical condition. A proper diet consists of top-quality dog food and supplements. Food NOT including highly commercialized brands including with artificial preservatives. Vitamin E is an acceptable preservative. ___c. Buyer agrees to not start SCHUTZHUND BITE/PROTECTION TRAINING of this dog/bitch until it has reached a minimum of 18 months of age. (This is to allow the dog/bitch to reach a physical maturity level which will allow the training not to damage the animal.) Buyer acknowledges that failure to meet the requirements of this section will invalidate Section 4. ___d. Buyer agrees that this dog/bitch is NOT to be LEFT IN A BACKYARD or KENNEL ONLY. This dog/bitch is sold with the understanding that it was to go to a carefully selected parties and that the Buyer AVOWED the dog/bitch would become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.) ___e. Breeding Prerequisites: Breeding of a bitch shall be every other heat cycle or no more than 1 (one) back to back cycle with a 1 (one) year rest period before again breeding and ONLY after the age of 2 (two) years and ONLY after the bitch has been OFA certified and ONLY to an OFA certified stud dog. A stud dog will NOT breed any more than 2 (two) bitches in any one week and ONLY after the age of 2 (two) years with an OFA certification and ONLY to OFA certified bitches. ___f. Buyer agrees to provide Seller with yearly photographs suitable for advertising and photocopies of all awards and fritiques along with the judge(s) names and the club sponsoring the show. Buyer also agrees that Seller may use the photographs and any particulars of qualifying awards in any future advertising. (This includes dogs sold as pets.) ___g. Buyer agrees Seller will REPOSESS DOG/BITCH UPON EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE at no expense to Seller. Buyer agrees to provide all medical records of the dog/bitch to the seller and to fully disclose all health problems since dog/bitch left the Kennel. ___h. And finally…Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that the contract is under jurisdiction of the State of PENNSYLVANIA, in the county of BEAVER. It is agreed the place of venue shall be BEAVER Co. PENNSYLVANIA.
